Jim Ebbelaar is the founder of Innersights, the platform that lets any practitioner build a digital twin of themselves: an AI that carries their voice, their frameworks, and their way of seeing people.

He built his own twin first, out of necessity. He was great at the work and bad at the parts that scale it, so he trained an AI version of himself on his own coaching and let it handle the follow-ups, the reflections, and the parts he kept avoiding. A free community grew past 8,000 members and into the top 1% on Skool in months, mostly off the back of an assessment that made strangers feel deeply understood before they ever booked a call.

Then practitioners kept asking the same question: how do I get one of those? So he turned his twin into Innersights, so coaches, therapists, consultants, and healers can build theirs without learning to code or living inside a funnel.
